Lorraine Newcome, the recently elected leader of Earth's former Lunar Colony, Lunaria, must lead her people and offer assistance to those on Earth who wish to rebel against Peterson. Newcome herself is a former soldier in Earth Corps and knows that as long as Peterson is in power she can never return home. With the help of her adopted homeland, though, perhaps she can make Lunaria the hope of a better future for humankind.
